Ordinary Guy, GREAT hat! In fact, one of my favorites. I love the color combo.

My New Years resolution is going to have to be to stop looking at this thread...so many new ideas for great new hats. It could break a guy up! :)

thebroker, you should try a simpler New years resolution. You are doomed for life here :mad2:

Just got invoice & ship notice of my next Work of Art. Photos posted soon after it gets here. He seems to be doing just fine....

Specs = ArtLite Natural, 5 3/4" open vented crown, 2 7/8" underwelt brim, matching Open Road style ribbon treatment, green VS liner.
Art, ole buddy, you nailed it again! You are an artist! Many thanks for my early Christmas present to me!!!

This forum is very very bad. I've only joined for a few weeks and already I have bought two new hats and one on ebay and I keep ending up on the VS site looks at Art's hats trying to figure out which one I want and how to pay for it. Very very bad place this is.

Just wait until you read all 385 pages of this thread and realize that you aren't limited to what you see on Art's site and that the possibilities are endless. You are in deep trouble!

Phone camera angle amplifies the crown height. This felt is so soft that I crease it when I put it on. I'll get a crease shot up later...

The brim looks a little lumpy in that last picture (of the creased hat). Will those lumps smooth out easily? Being so soft, is this felt somewhat prone to lumps and waves?

This felt is the closest I've seen to my vintage Borsalino as far as hand & ease to shape but hold a shape. It is prone to what you want it to be. The lumps smooth out like butter....

Thanks Dan!
