Here are some pics of my VS, a Sammy D in blue smoke with a 2.5" brim. I was debating btwnthe blue smoke and pecan. Pecan may be nice but this blue smoke is beautiful. The wife even likes it. Sorry about the image quality.

You can porkpie any hat by hand. I've done it a few times. These days it's the only way to get one with a wider brim like Fred Astair used to wear.

Thanks, WH! The color choices were all Art's. I saw RBH's hat and told Art that I wanted one of those--with a wind trolley.

I have a Milan on the way from Black Sheep Hat works which has a color combination very close to that. Looks great!
