I give him 3 weeks, tops, and then he'll have it listed on ebay.
I understand.I give him 3 weeks, tops, and then he'll have it listed on ebay.
Particularly with that model of jacket. Which to the casual viewer has a strong association with something very far away from motorcycles.I do like the jacket on him as it is. A fairly lose fit, by Japanese standards, sure, but he pulls it off well imho, it suits his laid-back attitude and style of clothing. Another thought that occurred to me is that this fit may have been a very aware decision to avoid any of the spandex super tight leather fetish associations.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that he was a TFL member either. The jacket might very well pop up for sale in the classifieds here.I give him 3 weeks, tops, and then he'll have it listed on ebay.

I'm pretty sure a vintage clothing enthusiast as him at very least knows and occasionally reads the fedoralounge, even though he may not be posting actively. It's not like there is a different internet for extremely successful people like him.
As you would expect an actor with unlimited budget and a top maker to have an exact fit...again I question when he got fitted though? A lot of these actors in super hero movies are gigantic during filming then tone down their workout routine and lose a lot of mass after its over. Or others gain weight after from not hitting the gym. So in his and Freewheelers defense if he got fitted months ago and was at peak Aquaman bulkiness and then lost 20lbs of mass after filming not much can be done there.
That’s an interesting question. I guess it really comes down to whether or not those guys just like to wear old stuff, or if they also like to know about the old stuff they are wearing.Well I've seen Jason Momoa vintage buying in London. I doubt he spends his time buying or reading in forums.
Same with Johnny Depp, pretty sure they might have contacts which sell them the cool stuff.
Bingo! You don't gain 20lbs of muscle in 6 months (nor lose it) w/out chemicals.”Tone down their workout routine” this must be the most eloquent way of saying that someone is on off cycle of his steroid usage.
Most if not all A-list actors, whose muscular apperance is part of their actor ”package” use performance enhancing drugs. If they’re wise, they will only use those when they’re preparing for a role. That would make a big guy like Jason lose easily 20 lbs or more when his off the juice. Of course I have absolutely no proof of Jason’s usage, and if he has built his physique by simply hard lifting and clean living for last ten years, then my hats is off to him. But that is very very unlikely!
Hey guys I was trying to be nice about it haha. Although when youre rich and surrounded by dieticians, personal trainers, life coaches, sleep analysts, you know the whole nine yards I do imagine they are capable of doing ridiculous amounts of things we normal folk cannot. Lifestyles of the rich and famous "Champagne wishes and caviar dreams." -In my best Robin Leach voice of course.Bingo! You don't gain 20lbs of muscle in 6 months (nor lose it) w/out chemicals.

Seems impossible to build the muscle mass they achieve in the period in time they do without them. Have you seen Christian Bale body changes between films? There has been a lot of discussion about it and we'll never know for sure but he's not the only one doing these changes and between the machinist and Batman Begins there was like 6 months IIRC, he even was told that he was too big! Most if not all A-list actors, whose muscular apperance is part of their actor ”package” use performance enhancing drugs.
