Anyone familiar with 'Pedigree 5th Ave.' hats?

... so help me out here.

This seems to be one of the more obscure brands of yesteryear... but the look/proportions were too too good to pass by at that modest $$$.
Hell, he says that he just replaced the sweat... almost like getting a new sweat for $25 & a solid hat to go 'round it for only $10. (That is how I will justify it to Mrs. Blaine... should the subject arise... )

... anyone else have one from this hatmaker or know their apx. yrs. of operation or home city?

Thanks! I haven’t been able to learn anything more on the Pedigree Fifth Avenue Hat Co but the Sharks Men’s Store closed in 1973, so this hat is at least 50 yrs old.

Thank you. I’m speculating that Dobbs may have bought out Pedigree sometime in the distant past. Dobbs has frequently used the Fifth Avenue name, & there is still a cheap line of wool hats sold under the Pedigree name.
