Paw, congrats to a great looking and fitting jacket! I'm happy to see it on you and see the great fit.
I was wondering how tall you are and what your actual chest is.
And how long is your jacket and how wide is the chest width of your jacket?

I thought about it but I tend to only stand in the rain by accident - currently it's getting some indoor, mild, hot water treatment. Just to give it a little work until I can really start wearing it.
If you wet it, wear it! The sleeves in particular will get nice more quickly...

+1. While many have had neutral or positive experiences rain soaking their leather -- whatever leather it might be -- I remain concerned that there is at least some potential for a negative outcome. Therefore, I personally continue to take the safe route and avoid rain.

Paw, have you read my question?
"I was wondering how tall you are and what your actual chest is.
And how long is your jacket and how wide is the chest width of your jacket?“
Great jacket, bro!

Yes, I was working on getting measurements for you. I'm 6'2", but with long legs, so my torso is shorter than typical for someone my height. My chest measures 41" and the chest measures just under 23" pit to pit. The back length is right around 25.75 to 26.0".

Interesting apparently, Chris, your jacket is the first made from DD's new J-100 pattern.

Dave worked with John from GW to redraft the J-100 pattern from an original.

Chris I really like your new DD J-100 and nice to see DD getting positive exposure here. After all the guy is from Tulsa, which is only 250 mile straight north of Dallas. I expect Texas to annex Oklahoma any year now for one huge superstate called Texoma. :D Actually if one looks at a map, Texas and Oklahoma really do appear as one territory. No kidding. ;)
