Which reminds me, we haven't had much action on the "Identify This Aircraft From the Inside" thread lately.

I know a few without Googling:

7: B-17 (obviously)

11: F-105 Thunderchief (nice story about them in Air and Space this month)

12: P-47

4: I'd guess the F-04 Starfighter

5+15 (and probably a bunch of other planes): B-26 Marauder

4. F-104 Starfighter
5. Again B-26 Marauder (also known as "one a day in Tampa Bay")
6. PBY Catalina
7. B-17 Flying Fortress
8. SBD Dauntless
9. Several aircraft had "Lead Sled" as a nickname: F-105 Thunderchief, F-84 Thunderjet, F3H Demon and SR-71 Blackbird
10. You have me on this one. I have no clue.
11. F-105 Thunderchief
12. P-47 Thunderbolt
13. Another mystery to me...
14. Fairey Swordfish
15. B-26 Marauder (again), Airspeed Horsa (Glider)
