Some had asked how the jacket had developed in the meantime.
Since I can only say, actually quite little, because I wear them too little.
So great I find the jacket, the color is unfortunately ungrateful.
If the weather is nice, it is often too warm for a jacket. If it is bad, rainy and gloomy, I rather put on one of my darker jackets. So I have to wait for cool, nice days.
In this respect, it will probably take a little longer until the color changes something big.

That’s a great color, how does it handle rain/water spots?

That color would go perfectly with a pair of natural shell cordovan boots I bought for a steal. Looks like the same color.

That’s awesome, I’m hoping these natural Shell Cordovan boots I picked up on Poshmark don’t leave rain stains because where I live it rains so much this time of year. I’m sure i can find a way to seal them but if not In time it will just add to the character.

Yes it is. It is also the same leather used by Simmons Bilt to make the IHSB-BB-NAT for Iron Heart, i’m wearing mine today.

I eventually sold this jacket because I hardly wore it. I had tried to make a slim fit 1930 jacket from a CR pattern, which was unsuccessful. As a result, I had the deep creases from the neck to the armpit, which I didn't like in the long run and became more pronounced.
But I can't get the leather out of my head and who knows, maybe I'll make another jacket with it.

Yeah, I also noticed it missing as well as the apparent departure of either the natural Vicenza or the unfinished horsehide. I panicked as I’d been saving for exactly that combo. I sent a mail, Holly happily informed me they could still fill that order, and I’ve confirmed I want that.

She says she’ll check whether a more HWM like yoke would be possible. Just slightly less pointy front and back would be great. Thoughts?

I don't mind the yoke as much as I do the pocket spacing. I much prefer the narrower spacing of the IH/SB Pale Rider. What is Aero's pricing on the Western shirt, if you don't mind me asking?

I’d prefer to buy from Aero.

I don’t care much about the pocket spacing, rather the size. I’d love to be able to fit my phone in there but it’d be hideous. This thing is gonna be a wearer, not a looker, yet.
