Nick, glad to see you've change your mind.... hang on to it for a year and see how much wear you actually get out of it during the cooler months there. If you don't get any wear out of it, sell it then. I'd hate for this to show up in the dreaded "which jackets do you regret selling" thread.

Good call Nick. This HB is so versatile. Hock off some others if you must but this HB is a keeper. Heat makes you do weird things. I think I've sold all my jackets around this time of year into July, while sweating in a wife beater.

Ah the voice of reason from listening to a few of your e-friends! Seriously though, very good decision to keep what looks to be one of the nicest jackets ever shown here; can't go wrong keeping a HB that looks and fits like yours. If you tire of California summer heat, consider moving to N Central Texas where the mercury only hit 97F today, although the heat index was 106F with the high humidity.
