I hate to read this I ordered back in August and received my hat last week.Another small update. I got word again that Steve had responded to a message elsewhere, which means he is ignoring me. I have therefore filed a complaint through Paypal since I was still in the window to do so. He now has until the 26th to either respond, deliver my hat or provide a refund. I told him that I was sorry for having to file the complaint and that I DO still want the hat as ordered, but we'll see how it plays out.

Same experience for me. I had got a beaver raiders back in September 2014. One month after ordering and Steve kept me updated all along the way when I asked him questions.Ive read lots of post about Steve not fulfilling orders, I just don't understand I had no issues with my order and he was always responsive to my email. Not always right away but he would respond. My hat is great a beautiful piece of art.
