After really getting into leather jackets I've been contemplating if I could possibly make due with just one jacket. Foolish I know But I still couldn't get the idea out of my mind and I decided that Aero offered the greatest collection of jackets to choose from. After looking for several months and falling more and more in love with the Aero jackets I saw with Badalassi leather, I settled on some specs in my head and sent the first inquiry to Aero. After corresponding with Holly we settled on the specs and the order finalized and deposit paid.
My reasoning was to make a jacket suitable for my personal use in 95 percent of any situasions and scenarios. I chose the woolbacked quilted lining which is quite a bit warmer and they added beautiful corduroy hemprotectors on the bottom and on the neckline. 2 inner pockets with snaps were added as I love having the slash pockets free for my hands, which were lined in soft moleskin. I went for a size 46 standard with 0,5 inch added to the body for a little more protection from the elements on cold, blustery days. Sizing up ment compromising the perfect fit for versatility in layering and I feel my math worked on this one and I only expect the fit to get better once the lining and leather settles in.
Here are some pics and closeups and I'm sure you guys will tire of this jacket in the following months
