Thank you so much Paul, Cherry Lips, Lauren, Mojito and Crazy Daisy for all of the wonderful words - I hope I did not miss anybody here.

I would have to say out of all of the era's the 1920's suits me the best (I wish I had more 20's clothes) - I have always hated my figure or lack of one (when I was younger) but I have learned to love it now because I can look like a sassy flapper!

They're great photos, Brooksie. And you do have the figure to showcase these styles - like Lauren and Miss Sis you're not "skinny" but slender, which has a whole different connotation, and lightly athletic, which is one of the ideals of the era. Well put together!

You may not have quantity (20's cloths wise) but you certainly have quality and style, you just look out of this world wearing this. Fabulous!

Are there any online repro resourses for 20s clothing? I know that unique vintage carry some flapper dresses, but where does one shop for day wear?

It has been a while since I have been on here (I mean this thread - not the lounge in general)... thank you again Paul for your compliments. I have a few more outfits to post - one of these days. I have been in the process of moving and as of a few days ago I have just gotten settled in now.

Lolita to answer your question about my photographer, I have a few but the one that did this shoot is JD Images (Jim Dorothy) out of Gladstone Oregon.

TessTrueHart, I'm sure Leluxe would ship to you - they've sent things down to me here in Oz (and are very fast!). I have quite a few of their slips and some of their bandeaux.

CherryLips, I hadn't seen those Revamp dresses - I'll have to go have a look.

Clubwitsend...gowns, hair, makeup, accessories, poise - all perfection! I love seeing photos of these events - they just look like so much fun. I hope to time my next visit to the States to coincide with one. Looking forward to photos of your 20s windfall. I've been preoccupied with work and have just returned from Greece, and have a whole pile of 20s pieces that I haven't photographed yet. Hope to do so soon.

And blushes with thanks to you, Brooksie! I enjoy this thread so much, and I'm glad others do as well. I'm glad my 20s vice is shared by so many gorgeous ladies, with some many beautiful pieces.
