I wonder how many companies made a "100" full beaver hat. On these pages I've seen a Churchill 100, a Stetson 100, a Resistol 100, and a Knox 100. Do we know any other companies that made a 100? Did Lee? Or Champ?
Even by the site you posted that hat would be late 50s early 60s.
3X means it is fur felt, but maybe not a whole lot of beaver if it has any at all. But I've never seen any reliable way to tell for sure.

It would seem to me that there hasn't been any real Stetson overseas since the original company closed down at the end of the 1960s. I'd bet everything with Stetson on it in Europe is either a contractor or shipped there from the US. I hope someone can verify my feelings on this.
