A visit to leather jacket heaven in Thessaloniki - Thedi Leathers!

@red devil Your Thread has certainly provoked lots of thoughts for me... couple of questions for you, if you don't mind: 1.) How would you describe the new deerskin Thedi has? I suppose it is soft and pliable, but what thickness would you say it is? For example in comparison to Thedi's...

B3 Jackets Question: Aero vs. Eastman thickness, warmth

Thanks! I'm not worried, because I know that when it gets really cold I must anyway layer my clothing. Wool sweater under this B3 will be good for me until -15 C or so. The size is 48L according to seller (this is strange size as Eastman doesn't mention anything about long sizes on their...

B3 Jackets Question: Aero vs. Eastman thickness, warmth

I got my Eastman 50 cal B3 today. I think it's absolutely fabulous! The shearling is thinner than Aero's B6 thickness and it is very easy to wear. Perfect for me but maybe not for someone who is looking for maximum warmth. ps. the timeworn aging is also brilliant! Very subtle and real looking.

    Jacket Purchasing Methodology

There are many hidden gems there. Here's one: "People think, for instance, that fragile, short-lived, non-performing leather like lambskin is the thing to have. We don’t. We call such taxi leather – great if your life consists of getting in and out of taxis. Geez, they make condoms out of...

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Blanket lined and fully reversible... This might very well become my first Himel jacket regardless of price! Although I think the chest pocket is quite goofy...

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Looks blue to me too. And too small for me... :( I wish I could find a company to make me a bespoke cord jacket with reasonable price. I already sent a question to Himel for this one, but its not yet available for order, and its bound to be VERY pricey, I believe.

I've been wearing this one now for a day, and I'm even more impressed than what I was yesterday. It's very easy and comfortable to wear and its already starting to break in nicely with some nice grain popping up. After all I've read about LW fqhh I was expecting a beast which I will never be...
