Make that [at least] two of us. The picture from Destry Rides Again shows so many different styles; a tophat, a bowler, pencil roll brims, all kinds of creases, and none looks like it just came out of a box. The clothing is pretty amazing as well.

You can get some Scout Felt Hat Cleaner (spray on) and clean it up. You spray it all over the felt, let it sit for 5 minutes or so until it forms a fine powder on the felt, and brush it off. This stuff works well.

DJ, I have 5 of Art's creation but none are in the Artlite felt. Here are some suggestions.
1. A lighter color will be cooler. The Sahara should be fine.
2. A reeded sweatband will take care of the wicking isssue.
3. I suggest a 6" open crown and a brim of either 2 1/2 or 2 5/8".
