    You are right, it will help. At first the leather was so stiff I would not have even tried to put the jacket on. But that won't make it longer.     Some (poor quality) fit pics. It feels shorter than it seems, even if it looks normal. Now that the jacket got some conditioner, I confirm it smells and feels like steerhide.

    It's a size 42, not a 44. The waist is tight, and back is 22 from collar base, every other measurements are nice. It fits like it should for my frame as a 50s jacket, it's short at back, even if I am only 5.9 tall. I prefer 24 or 25 at back on recent leather jackets! Really short here.

    One size One size smaller and I would have sent an offer. But even at a cheaper price, there would be at least %30 tax (VAT+customs, etc...) to ship to my country. Just unacceptable.

    The 46 PTP chest measurement leads to 42-44, the shoulders at 19,5 says 44. I know it would fit ypu perfectly. I am the same height as you, if I'm not mistaken (175cm), but I only weigh 76 KG, with a 41 inches chest. I will probably have to wear it over a shirt or a sweater, that's nice for me...

    There are not many of these Ralphs Pugh available, maybe it's easier to find in the US, or in Japan now. I know they were mostly steerhide, some were horsehide, and I just saw this one in goatskin. I am still waiting to get more info on it.
