Am in a hotel in Tokyo and had a VERY dry Yuzu Martini--bought a Yuzu at Tsukiji Market and had it squeezed into a glass of Smirnoff, all icey cold in a glass--Delicious! Just went to a ryokan where they have Yuzu floating in the bathing tubs so am a big fan on many levels!
