You can't really ditch the caretake label .You at least need something that tells clearly the origin.I wanted to start selling clothing under my own label 2018 .You cannot import it to the EU without it. Even though you mostlikely don't get caught- PilotJens

Holy moly that hide is thick and stiff .Looks awesome tho . Can't really use the dryer tumbling method to get it softer because it would knock out the bearing. I can't imagine a jacket out of that hide . But I will make a 30s style work boot out of it so maybe I can get Shawn into bootmaking ...- PilotJens

If I see anymore photos with that messed up camera I will buy him a camera or heck send him my digital camera from 2008 . The leather is difficult to bend and push flat. Normally you can bunsh up the leather to make it easier to handle but you can't do that with such heavy and stiff leather...- PilotJens

Jesus 2.2 mm I am currently working with a boot maker in China that has a similar approach to Shawn with making inexpensive custom pieces . I will ask Shawn if he can send me or my Chinese friend some of his cxl to make a boot out of it .- PilotJens

Interesting creasing .My hide looks exactly the same in appearance after waxing it myself but it doesn't have those heavy creases .I wonder if they just call it wax . Some leather tanneage suppliers sell sheen finishes that are polymer based .It could be some kind of finish that soaks into the...- PilotJens
