What do you guys think. Should we bind the brim in black to match the hat or light gray to match the ribbon? I was thinking black, but then the thought occurred to me that it might look pretty cool with gray binding. [huh] -

Batsakes Hat Shop in Cincinnati
I just read this thread today. Just last week I received a Panama from Panama Bob that Mr. Miller blocked for me. The hat is very fine and now I'm curious about having one of his felt fedoras to wear. I plan to cal Mr. Miller the next time I have a day off to thank him for the Panama. -

After seeing the Dobbs and Stetson above, I agree. The matching wider binding is the one, IMHO. -

I bought this hat too big. It's a size 7 1/2 and has been worn very little. Still in great shape. I would like the have $75 shipped for it. It's moonstone gray with a black ribbon that I requested special. I can take more pictures if you're interested.- BobC

Ahhh, point taken re the liner, MK. Thanks. I like the black binding and think it helps to define the hat, but I think a wider black binding would be overwhelming. I'm with you, MK and JtL...a wider matching binding would be much more suitable to a hat named "Nostalgia"
