   "Bicycle Quarterly" has a nice article in the latest edition on the Lake Pepin 3-Speed Tour. It's a classic style bike tour in Wisconsin. No spandex allowed. Instead, people are encouraged to dress in period clothes from the Thirties. It looks like fun! Ths link has more: www.3speedtour.com
