Oliva Master Blend 3 with a taste of Aberlour abunadh. In this case, the scotch was better than the cigar, but still not bad at all. It had Oliva construction and burn, a bit mild for my taste but nice.
Oliva Serie O maduro double robusto last night. It came from a new box I received a couple of weeks ago. I think it needs more time to rest but still a pretty good smoke. I could taste the sweetness of the maduro wrapper on my lips and the fullness of the blend as I smoked it. Lagavulin was my...
La Riqueza #2 this afternoon with a cup of coffee. I've had this one resting for about a year. I bought two in Chattanooga last year at Fedorafest II, smoked one and buried the other. Nicely constructed cigar with a super nice burn, but they're rated as medium-full flavored. Not in my opinion.
lollol:D
La Aroma de Cuba Edicion Especial #5 for me tonight with Aberlour.
I'm seeing some nice Olivas just ahead of me, John and Tom. I bought a box of Serie G maduros just recently. Haven't popped the first one yet, but I know they'll be good.
Brickhouse toro tonight with a taste of Caol Ila Cask Strength. The cigar was a familiar one, but the scotch was a new one for me, a gift from a friend. Good stuff.
Conn wrapped Perdomo Habano toro tonight with a taste or two or Lagavulin. I've really missed my alone time. Glad to see some of it coming back around.
Tonight, an EXTREME pleasure. La Gloria Cubana Artesanos De Tabaqueros. I bought a five pack of these sometime last year, smoked one and forgot I had the rest. Tonight they surfaced, so I lit one with a taste or two of McClelland's Highland. I nubbed it and burned my fingers. Fantastic!
