I do hope that's not true, my plymouths motor is sitting about 30 feet from the car right now. All the front sheet metal is removed and a 350 chevy is hanging from a chain in its place! Let's hope that all continues as planned!
I'll second that! But here's an idea...I'd grab the three kids, the wife ..and the hats. With one atop each their heads and a few in each hand!!!.
Seriously though....in a fire...I don't think I'd be thinkin of the hats, I've come too close to that reality once.
Dig the sweater and the hat, I'm on the lookout myself for a light colored hat just like that. It's a sharp hat!
At 4:25 in the AM !! When do you sleep? The Lounge isn't That interesting. My alarm goes off at 4:30 to get up for the day.
Ah..to be young again!
Not the thread I expected to find on the Lounge this morning! But I must admit to being a huge fan of the Star Trek universe as well! One episode of TNG in particular, changed my life forever. I first saw it as a 21 year old and it turned my life around, I've never forgotten it and never saw...
I've been wearing Hats for a number of years now and I'll concur with the general theme that most comments directed towards me have been positive. I doubt that a single day has passed without at least one satisfactory comment from a passer by. I can hardly count the times that I've been shouted...
Great pics Michaelshane,
Nice transformation photos, St.Ignatz!

Awesome setup! Really envious!
I've been reading through this thread with interest. My Father, as a minister, allways has worn a tie, and growing up attending church several times a week I accepted suits and ties as "normal" attire. I attended private school and also wore a tie as part of the uniform. And then I left...
A very Familiar story!!! It's not hard to cut it yourself when you keep it real short, it's when you want some style that it's hard to do well. I let my wife try once.....just once! You've got a keeper there!
Coke In Bottles!!! Coke is the one for me! Unfortunately I really can't drink much soda these days but I love the Americana associated with Coke! I've got a few of those old wood Coke crates and a few old Coke trays set out iin the kitchen.
Now you're talking!! One of the greatest movies of all time!! I'd agree with Burton on finding a local cabinetmaker to work with. As a cabinet maker myself I've built more home bars than I can recall, each one a reflection of the owners tastes and vision.
