Once I'm done with the hat for the day, should I unsnap the brim? I'm worried that snapping/unsnapping it too much is what caused this. -

What about straw hats? Bad idea to put it the way it is, in the picture? Also, is there anyway to give a straw hat brim more snap? I noticed that all my straw hats don't have as much of a snap as the felt hats do. -

Let me try and take another picture, without flash. Flash seems to distort colors; turning black into blue etc. Edit: Sorry guys, looks like it's my blackberry's camera that's giving it the greenish tint, rather than anything else. Comparing side by side, the color in the picture is quite off. -
