Mellow greetings yookee dookee!
This one's a huge, huge guilty pleasure of mine. Cary Grant is a riot and I was surprised at Temple's skill at comedy--too bad she didn't get to do more as an adult. Myrna's her usual perfection, Rudy Vallee is always welcome for me and I loved the kid who...
Oh, voice lessons! You should definitely pursue that Paddy--good for you!
I wish there was Golden Age karaoke (maybe there is and I've just never heard of it). I have little interest in singing "I Will Survive" but give me an arrangement of Judy's and a couple drinks;) and I'd be good to go.
These just arrived in the mail and they're my size so no major pattern adjustment for a change! I'll make the one in the middle first--I'm excited about that one.

I just watched the start of the second episode and I couldn't help thinking how lucky we were that FDR was in the White House during the Depression and most of WWII. Listening to those speeches I'm still inspired by his confidence and intelligence over 60 years later.
The rerun of Part One...
Earlier today I mentioned a book I picked up (in 1987! How time flies!) called Hollywood Knits. It has patterns for sweaters worn by Golden Age stars and I thought you might be interested in seeing some of them. There are 3 sweaters for men too.
I think this one is my favorite...
