Well, I haven't done this on a human scale but I have lined a dolls jacket when the pattern didn't call for it. I just made an exact copy of the coat in the lining fabric. Sew the sleeves in as you would on the coat, then to put it together turn the coat inside out and put the lining on it wrong...- CherryRed

Evening Attire Advice HELP!!
I don't see a problem wearing a bracelet or a cocktail ring over your gloves, but I would not wear your engagement ring under or over the gloves. I would just wear the wedding band under, and leave the diamond home.- CherryRed

These are amazing! This is what I can't look at old catalogs, it makes me crazy! :eek: I want them all! I have the same problem when I look at my Sears book from the 40's. It's like holding a huge basket of candy and toys inf ront of a 4 year old and then telling them thay can't have any of it.:(- CherryRed

Lovely Patterns! I am, however in no short supply of vintage patterns. My mother has stacks of vintage 30's 40's patterns that belonged to my Great-Grandmother and Grandmother.
