I had terrible trouble with fountain pens - basically because they were all for right handed people and my teacher insisted that I was just trying to be awkward by writing with my left. Vintage Manicures
Mine are non-existant, Nikki - I can just about see a hint of them on my thumbnails but none anywhere else. Good job I have no desire to give myself a vintage manicure! Fleur Darling, yours look fab. How did the corset hold up, BTW? -

The Cleaning Clothes (vintage or other) Thread
I use Lush shower gel to wash my stockings! For unmentionables, I handwash using Ecover. I usually do it every other day so it doesn't mount up. I also handwash most of the clothing I make (if it doesn't get dry cleaned) - it would probably be fine in the machine but I have a new one that I am...- GOK

How does a girl keep warm?
TBH my winter wardrobe is not much different to my summer or spring one! I still wear mainly suits or dresses/skirts with sweaters or cardis. This year I have added trousers though - not because of the weather but because I like the look of them!- GOK
