Retro Graphic Novels
Hellboy has some noirish elements and various issues are set in a WWII era. Obviously we are dealing with a fantasy genre, but it has a retro vibe and the dialogue is quite good.- skydog757

I concur. "You give respect to get respect" is a common saying by inmates. Ironically, inmates will keep you honest in your dealings with them. If they perceive you as being seemingly unfair to a particular person or inconsistent in your application of rules they will call you out on it...- skydog757

Very nice; I especially like the unzippered slash pockets. Zippers are fine if you're carrying something in them, but in a jacket like this you usually don't and it's just something else to go wrong. That is my experience also, however I work in Correctioins. We always use last names in the presence of inmates; when it's just the rank and file we go with first or last as the mood strikes. I miss the old terms "Yardbird" or "Jailbird" or even "Convict". Now everyone's an inmate. I don't miss "Turnkey" (guard) or "Matron" (female guard).
