    I went on a hunt for the perfect Barbie pink nail polish, since I plan on turning into Barbie this summer, and matching is everything. To my delight, Mavala has a new shade called Vegas Pink that fits the bill! My inner Barbie is pleased.

Cleanse your skin with something gentle (I use cold cream), then tone with witch hazel (rose water is nice too, but doesn't calm acne like witch hazel does), then moisturise (I use rose hip oil, but just use your favorite). Stay clear of toners with alcohol, they're not good for any skin...

    I just want to say that I'm a HUGE Re-mix fan. As of today I own three pairs, and they are my prettiest shoes! I have the Picassos in black, the Pleated toe sandals in soft gold, and the Glorias in white. I'm not a high heel gal (maybe this will change with age?), I live in loafers and ballerina...

    I watched one of my favorite flics, A Stolen Life, yesterday. Kate (Bette Davis) wears the most lovely trouser outfits. Unfortunately I can't find any good stills. It's 1946 and Kate is the "outdoorsey type of girl", she likes sailing and hiking around on cliffs.
