Golden era clubs and ballrooms that are still doing business
Depending upon your definition of "Golden Era" this may or not count, but in Lewisham in London there's the Rivoli, around since the '50's. It still gets packed out for ballroom and jive dance events, and has live bands.- bunnyb.gal

coffee soup
Oh no, please say it isn't so. I love my coffee, and bread from time to time, but together, in the same bowl, lord no. Can't even eat cereal with milk or dunk my donuts. Just, no. I've just come across these at Clarks http://www.clarks.co.uk/find/product-is-20347980 These babies will be mine come next paycheck. I did have to alter the waistband a bit, tapering it as it gaped at the very top, but it was perfect after that.
