These aren't dress pants, but these chinos have the fuller cut you're talking about

I put my suit in the washing machine to clean it from old man junk and to make it fit better.
It now fits perfectly everywhere, except maybe the suit sleeves. But I'm fine with showing a little extra shirt sleeve.
I have one of these, my only shirt =).

Only the armpits are slightly ruined with yellow stains. The shirt is fine...
Agreed.
Ever since I discovered wool trousers, I've stopped wearing jeans.
Wool trousers are just much more comfortable. Also you don't have to wash them unless you suffer some kind of "accident."
Interesting.
I'm a big fan of medium grey to light grey suits, so yes all my suits are in one color. I find my moonstone FED IV "good enough" for summer.
Black cap toe is all I need =). I might find a pair of black brogue shoes if my cap toes ever wear out.
I still enjoy wearing my ushanka, so...
I know =). However, I don't want to show my shirt sleeves anymore because of the armpit stains on my dress shirt, I can't afford OxyClean. I also want to dress "a bit" more modestly.
Research proves that the less skin you show, the more intelligible people will think of you.
This video sums it...
When did dress shirts stop being classified as undergarments? Anyone else consider it inappropriate to show your shirt sleeves in public? For example: always wearing your jacket/sweater.
Ever since I've gotten my first felt this summer I don't feel the urge to buy anymore hats. I'm more of a vintage suit guy I guess.
Anyone else like this?

I posted this catholic influenced article on Reddit's "Male Fashion Advice."
I've gotten a lot of interesting comments.
I won't mind if I have to use a different fabric to repair my trousers. I'll probably try to match the fabric as closely as possible, if not slightly darker will do.
Besides, suits are made to be worn. You can't just throw the entire suit out when a small part wears out.
Ask any questions if you wish.
EDIT: Everything fits perfectly now, except maybe the suit sleeves. I'm out of fabric to make the suit sleeves longer, so i'll live with showing too much shirt sleeves.
So I threw my vintage medium weight worsted wool suit in the washing machine. These were the results:
The pant hems shrank about an inch.
The suit sleeves shrank about an inch or 2
A bit of waist suppression was added
The shoulders of the suit shrank 2 sizes (It was a 40R suit, so...
Where can I get matching fabric from my trousers? Is there any place on my trousers where I can "remove" extra fabric which is not visible to the public? Sorry if I'm not making any sense.
There are no holes in my trousers yet, but the stiching that hold the seat/crotch together seem to be falling apart. Can my tailor just sew them back up/ reinforce them? I'm going to ask them tomorrow.
1 vintage suit (medium grey, small white pinstripes, 1950s)
1 pair of black cap toe oxfords (vintage, German made)
1 white dress shirt (point collar Brooks Brothers, modern)
1 navy tie (3.5 inches in width, light baby blue pattern on it.)
