Qvist - that Stetson works well on you. Some stingies work better on me than others, and I've not got a particularly narrow face, and certainly not a small face. Crown height and brim shape can make a big difference,

I'd go the DIY route - Naptha bath / soak in lighter fuel, lexol the sweat, decent brush with talc then shape over a kettle. I think it could come up quite well.
Thanks. It was a fun experiment but not quite what I hoped for - I think the crown needed to be taller and slightly less tapered. It's now drying in a diamond crease with a deep pinch - we'll see how that goes - the felt on this thing is very malleable, and it was cheap enough that any complete...
