    The Palm Beach suit thread

    The Palm Beach suit thread

Ok, I know this is an oldy, moldy thread, but no one ever mentioned if Oxyclean would work on wool. Original Special Effects

There has actually been a small resurgence of using models instead of 3D. Underworld:Evolution and Batman Begins heavily used models and full scale mockups. I like the look much better! The series "The Young Indiana Jones" was the first television production to use Digital Matte Painting. So...

    Animated Disney movies

Disney 3D animated movies: Chicken Little-ok The Wild-bad Meet the Robinsons-better (fixed by Pixar in the 11th hour) Pixar: Toy Story A Bug's Life Toy Story 2 Monsters Inc. Finding Nemo The Incredibles Cars-sure this one is the "worst" Pixar film, but still way better than most...

Somewhat OT: Taking stills of suits from movies

You could do it with your digital camera too like you described, but you will have gigs of files to contend with.

Somewhat OT: Taking stills of suits from movies

It would probably be easier to rent it from Netflix and grab it on the computer. And on the Mac a program called Snapz Pro will let you do the screen grabs, Apple's Grab application will not.
