Brad showed me a build in process...may have been yours. Tall (about 6 in.), straight sided crown. Brim looked to be about 2 5/8". It was finished except for the band. Quality was outstanding. -

They measure 12" x 12" x 5-1/2". Found them to be a tight squeeze for my Campdrafts, but they may work well with smaller sizes/ brims. -

I still marvel at Sam's service...shipped on a Friday, and received here on the east coast the following Tuesday. Same thing here with the long oval...steam/stretch/steam/wear, and repeat if necessary. Also good to keep them on a stretcher when not being worn. -
