If I only had a smaller head... There have been quite a few decent hats out there on eBay recently, and only me super-size noggin has kept me from bidding. I'm a 7 3/8 UK - I think that is about a 7 1/2 US. I can just about squeeze a 7 3/8 US on me head. -

Those are some swell looking boots... The salesman was giving out about the fact that several of the big RTW shoe names have been bought out and their products have slipped. Update on an old post... I picked up a pair of Tricker's shoes (www.trickers.com) last weekend. The wife and I were walking along Jermyn Street just window shopping, when she suggested that I duck in to Tricker's to find out exactly what size I am... I had no intention of buying anything...- matei

Is there a significant difference in the construction of Borsalinos made in the '50s as opposed to the 40s? Is the felt the same? Is the crown as high? -

Ha - that is exactly what happened to me! I have also noticed that a lot of the hats being made today aren't tall enough. My two HJ fedoras, although nice hats compared to some of the ones out there, are not as tall as I liked. I was in the shop in town that sells HJ hats and I tried on... -
