I wish I could have bought the 56 foot 1958 Chris Craft cruiser I'd spent a week on some years ago. Unfortunately, it remained docked while I refinished the wood. This 55' Chris Craft Conqueror most resembles the craft I was on.
Another Chris Craft I'd love to own in this 23' 1957 Chris Craft...
Actually, I have three more rolls. lol
As far as my digital camera is concerned, because mine wouldn't focus, all the digital pictures were taken with yours, FG. I have to figure out why it won't focus half the time.
I'll have the Hasselblad pictures by next weekend. I will post one...
What are your top ten favorite names, male and/or female? List each name with the spelling or spellings you prefer. If you have ten favorites of each gender, make two lists.
Personally, I don't have a list of male names. So here is my top ten list of female names, in no particular order...
Just to creep out those of you who are not fans of clowns, this is one of my favorite really, really bad movies; Killer Klowns from Outer Space. The movie comes complete with a clown-themed ice cream truck, a Big Top-shaped flying saucer, acid-based cream pies, cotton candy guns, and popcorn...
Heh! Some of us guys are so dense we miss blatant, in-your-face, look at the silver platter offerings!
Picture this:
Summertime in Tucson. I arrive with a truckload of furniture. The really, really cute store-manager-in-training, with whom I got along with very well, comes to my hotel...
I'm kind of odd (those who meet me think so, anyway, whether or not they tell me. lol) in that sometimes I'm an introvert and other times I'm not. A few people is easy for me and large crowds turn me off, but I still try to talk to at least a couple people. My problem is, I tend to end up...
Here's to you, Peter.
I looked longingly at the multi-faceted glass decanter on the pantry shelf. Depending on the time of year or the guests on their way, it would contain rye or bourbon or whiskey, or something a little more upscale. It used to sit next to a chromium ice bucket on a silver...
I applied there once! It's in downtown Los Angeles, at 1334 S. Central Ave.
While looking for a picture of it, I found this site. Scroll down half way to see it. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger image. (The Donut Hole - three pictures above it - is about a mile from my house. :D) Lots...
Thank you. No need to appologize. Anything I can learn from those in the know, I appreciate. :)
Two were loose. I carefully pushed them in and they seem to be staying, so far. But since I don't play, I'm not going to worry myself over them. :)

Since it was the daughter's for use in school band, I agree with you that it's a student model. I don't play, but I love the beauty of musical instruments, especially brass and string. Yes, it does become detuned rather quickly.

A few weeks back I came around the corner on my way home, and the neighbor at the corner was having a yard sale. She sold me the violin her daughter had used in the school band. It's a 2003 from (tag inside) Waltrip's Music String Collection, Arcadia, CA. (Model #: V012WH. Ser. #: V012WH - 1/2)...
Hmmmm . . .
There are possibilities here. The windows of Union Station are quite large and the majority of them are south-facing, so that could make it work, at least in B&W. My main concern for indoor shooting would be with color film, as any artificial light source could tint the pictures, or...
Deaf . . . mute. Whichever.
I really, REALLY want the "gansta" dialect and attitude to completely disappear from every aspect of my life. I'm tired of people I do or don't know calling me, "Dawg" or "G" or "Thug". I'm none of those words and I'm tired of the foul language that usually...
