On the Locke sizing, I've tried to figure out exactly what it is, myself. My best efforts at measuring the circumferance gets me something in the 23 1/4"-23 3/8" range, which would seem to be more of a US 7 1/2. I'm not sure it would work...
Hmmm. Depends. I'm a 7 3/8 so it would need to be that size or a small 7 1/2 and something irresistable. So, cash preferred unless somebody wows me with a trade offer (pristine Stratoliner, Playboy, Whippet... ;) ).
