Yes, exactly. Same here. I've caught up again with people as far back as early grammar school on there. . . and others who I'd never normally hear from.
The rain & lightening tried to knock my reception out right in the middle of a dance sequence in Swing Time. . .I believe the whole neighborhood heard the frustrated scream.
Vintage, but timeless
My dad gave me a pearl necklace/bracelet/earrings set. Mine was stolen about a year ago and I guess my mom was tired of me borrowing hers every other day.
These were a recent auction win that sadly enough, did not fit.
They are gorgeous, if I could cut off my toes, I would.

Target's a new hidden source for vintage-y type pieces. Lauren & I have gotten several great 30's & 40's styled sweaters there. I also got a faux fur shrug-style jacket for $15.

I lost this one awhile back, but it still irks me. I desperately wanted this pattern, and bid an outrageous price on it and was outbid by a dollar or two. :rage: I sent the winner a very nice message, asking if there was any...
But don't you have to set a limit then? I don't know about you - but sometimes when I'm watching an auction of something I really want. . .I tend to overbid in the heat of the moment. . . :rage:
