I'd have to say mine is a toss between a repro black and white polka dot dress with eyelet lace details and cute little pockets, with a pair of black T-strap stilletos, with snake skin details.
Or my vintage inspired Black shirtwaist dress, with red mule sandals.

I brighten up my favourite black dress with a pair of red satiny sandals in summer, I don't have a winter pair yet.
You can use coloured scarves, hats, gloves etc. Maybe try replacing plain buttons with rhinestone buttons or corset style laces.
