Not to be a complete snot, but I don't think any amount of third-party excuses can justify the fact that he has people waiting HALF A DECADE (or more) for a hat while others have theirs in a few weeks or months. That's inexcusable, even with illness. Flat out, it doesn't make sense. What hold up...
It looks great on you! The Campdrafts do feel a bit large, I guess it has something to do with the fact that it is a larger hat. I've owned and flipped two of them as I was unable to get used to the size. However, I've been kicking around the thought of getting a third... There's something about...
Steve HAD a young lad working for him a few years ago... It... ahhh... didn't go well. The kid stole money from him, wasn't a pleasant situation. I doubt he wants to go back down that road again.

It's as I figured, thanks!
Oh, I've owned a couple of Campdrafts, great hats! Was just thinking of giving a modern Stetson a spin.

I've noticed the modern Stetson Stratoliners are listed on most sites as a custom order lid. Can one specify that they want it open crowned, or do they just stamp 'em out and send 'em on with a factory crease only? I'd ask a shop, but honestly, if I discover that it's not possible, I don't want...

Pre-listing note: I contacted the moderators and have their okay on listing this item. I do not in any way shape or form condone Nazi-ism, am only wanting to pass on a piece of history [however dark] to a collector.
While helping my grandmother clean out a junk room, I came across a WWII German...
I have a pair of Docs that I bought roughly three years ago and they've held up nicely. [Not UK made, China.]
My first pair started to come un-sewn after a short while. When I contacted the company to see what could be done, they basically told me to bug off, they don't repair ripped seams that...
I'm actually surprising myself here in wanting to sell my Bluegrass Akubra Campdraft as it's fallen to the wayside in my regular hat wearing.
It's a nice hat, but I haven't worn it but once or twice this year if that.
Size 58 or 7 1/4, fairly true to size. There are no stains or spots on...
You're quite welcome, glad the hat found a good home! I'd much rather sell to someone here and know it will be appreciated than to sell on eBay and wonder.
