After a nap we made up a batch of spiced coffee with a splash of brandy and I filled my pipe McClelland Christmas Cheer. The recovery from a wonderful New Year's dinner and celebration with the restaurant's owners and staff continues slowly.- vonwotan

The cigars did indeed come in individual wooden boxes, quite a bit nicer than many boxes we have seen. Kermez - I had no idea they were so hard to find, or expensive! We have a local tobacconist who has incredible access to some hard to find items so I assume our friends bought/ordered them through them. I will spend extra from time to time for events and I feel that my go to cigars are...- vonwotan

We each received two Fuente Fuente Opus X Perfecxion A cigars last night and enjoyed one this afternoon after a late lunch. After dinner last night we each enjoyed a L.J. Peretti Co. 125th Anniversary Cigar produced in the Arturo Fuente factory. It is made with the binder and filler of the Fuente Don Carlos but with a Connecticut shade wrapper. A wonderful end to a gluttonous evening.- vonwotan

I'm getting ahead of myself but I just opened a package from Greece containing White Mischief (in English) without subtitles (perhaps they are an option). The menus are in Greek but the DVD was still in its wrapper when I opened the padded envelope and so far so good.- vonwotan
