    Favorite restaurants and watering holes

    One of my favourites is BeatNiq, a tiny, dimly lit, basement bar, that often features live jazz, don't let the size fool ya, it's almost always packed full, but always manages to be comfortable, and the nibbles and drinks are impeccable. Love it, love it, love it!:)

    I have both, (credit card for emergencies(like ebaylol) ) debit for big purchases, but given that the area I work in is pretty rough, I make it my business not to carry too much cash, only 10 or 20 dollars, too much around here will get you jumped, and I really don't need that on top of midterms...

    Fortunately for me I work in a place that requires an artistic ambience, so I get to listen to Opera daily:D on a local artsy radio station. Faust is good, and so is Madame Butterfly, the vocal manipulations the singers can achieve are astounding. I just love it.:D
