I have two milans from Art; they're great!
I also have a Biltmore milan which is of surprisingly good quality. The milan is very close to the quality of my vintage milans, it has a very natural feel to it, as opposed to modern Dobbs/Stetson milans which feel more like plastic:
I bought the Flechet NOS from a hat shop about seven years ago. The felt really changes color depending on the light source and it has a quality feel to it.

Eric: I'm looking at the hat right now under electric lights and it does have a rather "minty" cast to it. It's a cool green rather than a warm green; it's a very pastel shade. The ribbon on this hat is a silvery-gray which complements the light green...
Sorry, I meant tiny as far as it's proportions; the actual size of the hat runs a bit big, I think. But then all modern Hatco hats seem to run big, especially compared to Biltmore or Akubra.
The felt seems plenty durable, but mine is over five years old, the felt quality may vary from batch...

They had it in stock and the shipping was super-fast (Australia to France).
The color is unusual, but very nice. It really looks different in daylight than it does under electric lights...
