I found this old Syroco Pipe holder at Goodwill the other day. It's in great shape with no chips. I don't smoke but thought it was unique and bought it as a conversation piece.

Great looking hat. I have a couple Resistols and they are awesome. Yours looks new. MB has some great looking hats on ebay and he starts the bids at very reasonable prices. It will look great with a wide ribbon, I did that to one of mine too.

Even though I don't typically wear western hats I might make an exception with this one I just picked up. I love the liner. It also comes with the original box. I have a Hardeman Blue fedora from the 40s but I never knew they made western hats as well.

I found this at St. Vinnies today. It's in really great shape just a little wrinkled. It's only 47 inches long. It has a great geometric design and vibrant colors. Anyone have an idea of how old it is? 30s, 40s???

The sweatband is long gone, but for a few bucks it can be replaced and the felt looks great so it will be a great looking hat. The vintage borsys have awesome felt.

Well this is what Josh said in his review about the sweatband.
"The sweatband is a beautifully soft and amazingly comfortable leather. Within 15 minutes on my head, the sweatband conformed to my head and for the rest of the day had no idea I was even wearing a hat. It appears to be a soft roan...
I saw that one too and about choked. The high expectations of some amaze me. But then, as it has been discussed before there are 2 sellers on ebay that have very nice hats and super high prices, some of which actually go for a very high price. I think other sellers see this and shoot for the...
I was somewhere in the upper 60s, but I've sold off a few and gave away a few, so now I'm down to 61. After awhile it kinda becomes redundant to get anymore unless they are a really good deal or very unique. I don't buy hats just for show though. I only buy em if I intend on wearing em...
I really like the block they are using for this hat. Very little taper and with the 5 1/2 inch crown and 2 1/2 inch brim it makes a great look for most fedora's. Although I know some prefer a 5 3/4 and a 2 3/4 inch crown and brim, these dimensions make a nice all around great look. Not too...
That would make a nice stingy brim with a just a few feet taken off the brim.
But back to the Stetson, I am anxious for this to hit the stores so we can see the choices that are going to be offered as far as color of the felt. I assume there will be more than just the green one right...
The $350 range would be awesome. If they can do that it will definitely be a contender. In looking at the pics and reading Josh's review I find this very very encouraging that Stetson is bringing back the quality of yesteryear. My many hats are off to them and Matt. I for one have no...
