    I had never heard of Tom Bahe but after looking around the Web I see that his work does indeed command a premium price. I really can't pay that much for the tie but I appreciate your taking the time and effort to make a reasonable offer. Good luck with the sale.

    The other hats you posted were of a larger size. Is this a particularly large 7 3/8? If you usually wear a 7 1/2 and this fits you it must run large. I might be interested but I am about a large 7 5/16. I have 7 3/8's that fit perfectly but I have a couple that are a little loose.

    It would be interesting to know what she paid for them at the estate sale. Less than 400 obviously. At my age I usually do not suffer from envy but in this case I have to make an exception. I could use a score like that.
