Bottled water is the greatest scam of our time. If you look at the label of the majority of it you will see something like bottled from the municipal water supply of Anytown, USA. People complain about their municipal water bill being 20 or 30 dollars, but think nothing of paying through the...
My wife brought me one back from a trip several years ago. At first I thought that it really wasn't for me style wise but it grew on me and I like it very much. Not something you often see here, but I have gotten a couple of compliments from professors at our local university from countries...
One of the reasons why I admire Audrey Hepburn and Helen Mirren is that they both have/had the attitude that it is crazy to think that we can remain young and beautiful forever and because of that attitude remained beautiful in a different way.
About 1985 or so a buddy and I went on what was for us at the time an epic road trip. It seemed like we saw billboards for this place for 200 miles or more. It was pretty neat to find in Minden, Nebraska since Minden is not exactly a major metropolitan area.
I have read that it has since been proven that he was not adopted but was her child by a future husband while she was married to another husband.

Unless they count on the vast majority of their subscribers going to one movie a year I'm not seeing how they even hatched this harebrained scheme. It simply will not work for 10 bucks a month unless they aren't paying the theaters for the admission.
There was a massive POW camp and training post near here called Camp Ellis. It was shut down shortly after the war ended and many buildings were sold to be moved. The local university ended up with several barracks building that they used mostly for married student housing up into the 1960's...

You might try a Brita filter pitcher. We have had one for years and they do work. There are other brands as well, but Brita is available at most stores. You can get 40 or more gallons out of a filter depending on what is in the water.
I agree. I often think of my grandfather when I see things like that.
Of course he also would not have ever considered paying $1.89 for a pint of water from the gas station either.
