OK, I reblocked a hat.
Using the fine size 7 block I got from Fedora, I managed to reblock my Royal Stetson Vitafelt. Not only does the hat have absolutely no taper now, but it's also a size 7 (it was 6-3/4). You can see before and after photos here: http://public.fotki.com/havershaw/reblocked_hats/ I... -

hmmmm... I just managed to get a 6-3/4 hat onto my size 7 block. (It wasn't easy.) It was definitely a 6-3/4 hat - it had a tag on the liner, it had the Stetson Philadelphia reorder tag under the sweatband, and when I took the sweatband and liner out, both had "6-3/4" written on them in... -

Michaelson...you are so lucky. Sort of. I had my '64 VW bug for about a year before I moved away from Pittsburgh (to the fair more suitable climate of Arizona), and I can tell you, that winter was a tough one. 6V was not happy about the winter. I recall that I had an oil heater thingy...- havershaw
