How to bash your hat, modify the brim and get it to fit just right.
I use a "Jiffy" steamer- try not to get the felt too hot, just damp enough to wrestle it into shape, and keep pulling on various parts to stretch them out(and flatten the brim, etc. reall a chore when the edge is bound, but can be done); have a table with a sheet of clear acrylic next to the... -

White Hat maintenance
bad timing on this one...keep bumping into photos of Art's Mojave Fedora- with the dark red ribbon; and LUST after it. So far, have kept arms' distance from checkbook, but jeez, it's really nice lookin', and I'm not too much of a slob (except when awake), and in my cosmopolitan setting the hat... -

Co., as a prototype, trying to get the contract for mailbags; unfortunately for them, the mail service was using the blue nylon bags by then, and wouldn't go back to the leather bags.
