The fit looks absolutely fine. I wouldn't change anything. I'm surprised you didn't need to size up, as I thought these all came in very neat and tight.
These are Ciano oxblood jeans I'm wearing there. About 75% of the Gustin price and no customs fees, unlike Gustin. Ciano's problem now is that delivery is at least 3 months, although there's no doubt he does really good work and he's trustworthy.
He's even got some crazy 32oz denim now...
Looking very good. I have a few pieces from Ciano, including an 18oz jacket, and agree that he makes rock-solid stuff. I like everything I have from him.
He's about to put his prices up a little, as he's realised that he's doing too much custom work for little or no cost, but at least he's...
Thanks again to all for the kind words. I wore it in anger today (in the rain) for the first time and this simple change to the pockets was amazingly useful. The pockets are a bit deeper than I expected, with an inch over my phone even at the lower end, so pretty much perfect for my needs...
Thanks again for the nice comments guys. Much appreciated.
Bob, I simply emailed Denny to ask if the pockets were a possibility and he said yes. No big deal at all.
I must admit, I think this simple design change makes a huge difference in practicality and I couldn't be happier with it.
Thanks guys. I imagine this pocket style could become popular on the Teamster, as it has the body length to allow deep pockets.
Jaegernaut, I reckon the Teamster will get more wear now, because it's a little better suited to all year round because of the length and now that I have these...
This is my second Teamster after I stupidly got rid of my first one on a whim. It's black FQHH with an unfastened inside pocket (thanks to Fanch for that idea a couple of years ago). Another great job by Julie, who's made most of my Aeros, so many thanks to her.
The main change is that I...
Ye gods, I've walked past that a hundred times and always thought it looked a bit rough so never went in. But it has the magical Furstenberg on draft. I always thought it only ever came in bottles. I'll definitely check that out next weekend.
That's a real shame about the date. Typical bad luck. Never mind, I'll leave the keys to my house under the flower pot on the front step and you can let yourself in for a cup of tea. I'm sure Sloan will look after you, though. Anyway, I hope you get to enjoy your Sheene again soon.
Fanch, the castle it is, and more old stuff besides. We'll be in Chicago and NYC, as we just fancy an easy cultural city break after too much driving in the US the last two summer holidays.
So when's your ETA in Rosyth? Hopefully me, Sloan and any other local members can at least come and...
Fanch, I've just booked the first two weeks in July to the US, so I hope your Scottish visit falls after that.
Sloan, we could all do Rosyth to Aero in an hour by car, but I'm sure Mrs Fanch would rather see Edinburgh Castle and the like. Hopefully we can satisfy everyone one way or another...
Fanch, I'm glad that you had a good trip to London and got to try out a couple of relevant stores. Especially good that you got to wear your great new Sheene on the trip as well.
I was in American Classics a few months ago and it was quite interesting to see the sort of stuff we all talk...
