    Thanks again to all for the kind words. I wore it in anger today (in the rain) for the first time and this simple change to the pockets was amazingly useful. The pockets are a bit deeper than I expected, with an inch over my phone even at the lower end, so pretty much perfect for my needs...

    Thanks again for the nice comments guys. Much appreciated. Bob, I simply emailed Denny to ask if the pockets were a possibility and he said yes. No big deal at all. I must admit, I think this simple design change makes a huge difference in practicality and I couldn't be happier with it.
