Thanks. And yeah, I've noticed that in all the pictures I've ever seen of their riding jackets, there's something about the form/construction/shape...something...that looks odd.
Are there brands that made/make good deerskin riding jackets?

I have a Thurlow car coat that I like—looks good, really beautiful coloring—but it's not what I'd call robust. Can anyone comment on the riding jackets?
I like buttons, and those buttoned cuffs are awesome, and also taunting me, they way they're lying so casually opened, looking cool as hell. Insouciant, even. Dammit.
I'm going tell myself that's a personal message to me: "Purchase, N(ot)Y(ou)"
I keep telling myself, It's missing a button, and the collar could be bigger, and come on, you know you don't like split backs... Helps a little. I keep refreshing that page, though.
I have a 1950s Campus half-belt in a sort-of cordovanish-colored steer, with an otherwise identical design (front & sleeves). Solid. The lining of the listed one looks to be in excellent shape, and I love the back & sides. I think I'd trade mine for this one if it were bigger.
Did you see these? Both in good apparent shape, and with thick zip-out liners intact. I haven't seen this Brooks design often.
24" p2p, and the zip-out liner'll take up a good portion of that...
