    My experience is that Japanese jackets run a bit small. I've usually sized down - but not always. These measurements seem size 40 to me.

    Not even sure that many makers are going to specify the weight, so knowing for sure it's 20 oz. may be difficult. I bought the SEH Kelly in Bark Brown. I do like grey better, but I have numerous heavy grey coats and thought that brown made sense for my wardrobe.

    These are nice jackets. I picked up a NOS one about 5 years ago from an eBay seller - he had a number of them. Very thick leather and I found that they fit slim. I'm a 40 and my 42 Lesco fit me pretty slim. Nice jacket.

    I agree with you. Most of the Fine Creek stuff I've seen (other than on Instagram - where some have looked great) looks pretty flat. I wouldn't buy Fine Creek based on the Self Edge pics - not even at half price. TBH - I'm a brown jacket guy and I've yet to see a Fine Creek in brown that "pops".

    I have a High Large (morphed into Fine Creek) Type I and the leather is spectacular. TBH - most of the pics I've seen haven't been real impressive (like those on Self Edge where the leather looks very flat).
