Just modding his basic cossack design with a larger mouton shawl collar with a throat latch, pointed western yoke in the back, and snap buttons. Nothing too crazy. Probably looking at 2 weeks or less going by your experiences- hughesovka

From what I understand, minor changes like that shouldn't incur an additional charge. I think the type of leather used for the whole jacket, specifically horse, would.
